The PRO-ACTIVE Central London partnership recognizes that partner collaboration is vital to the way we work and ultimately to the achievement of our shared objectives. We encourage all comments and suggestions for improvement as we strive to continually add value to the delivery system for sport and physical activity in central London.

A Partner satisfaction survey has therefore been developed to give you, our valued partner, the opportunity to provide feedback in a number of key areas based in your dealings with PRO-ACTIVE Central London OVER THE LAST 12 MONTHS. The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete and will greatly assist us in this process of development. The closing date is Friday 29th January 2010.

Partners working closely with multiple PRO-ACTIVE London Partnerships may receive this invitation from more than one sub-region. You may choose to complete separate surveys for each Partnership, or, if you wish to provide one overall view, particularly when working with three of more PRO-ACTIVE London Partnerships, we would suggest that you complete the pan-London Partner Survey. In this case your answers should be a summation of your dealings with the relevant Partnerships.

Respondents will have the opportunity to enter into a free prize draw to win £100 in vouchers from John Lewis. The winner will be notified by email within one week of the close of the survey.
